Called Concreit, this platform focuses on acquiring and stabilising industrial, outdoor storage sites across the UK.
This has seen it selectively dispose of 12 of its 35 sites over the past six months while developing its pipeline.
Blomfield Partners leads on-the-ground execution for these sites while TPG Angelo Gordon has already been expanding its investment in this spade throughout Europe.
BBS Capital acted as sole adviser on the transaction.
"We are delighted to support TPG Angelo Gordon and Blomfield Partners as they continue to scale what is a high-quality IOS platform in Concreit,” said Gez O’Sullivan, relationship director at Leumi UK (pictured above).
